Violation of not having your builds finished in this time may result in your kingdom being rolled back entirely.
Keep must be placed in a strategic area so your kingdom can defend it while under attack.
Keeps must be/have

To declare any form of war, you must have a valid (non-metagaming) Roleplay reason.
All declarations must be posted on the forums and then broadcasted in game, provided all other requirements are met.
To begin a war against another kingdom, you must declare an open war prior. Rules for open wars are below.
Kingdoms have a 1 hour cooldown after any form of PvP declaration against them.
There will be no entering a battle area without gear!
If you are fighting, you must wear your best gear! The only exception are lored items.
Once any form of declaration is made, you’re not allowed to modify the area in any way without staff instruction.
You may not, under any circumstance log off after a declaration of attack has been made against you to avoid it. (Combat Logging)
Changing/leaving a town right before a fight will result in a 1hr temp ban.
All battles are to be fair. The staff will be the judge of this.
You may not have more than 10 tamed dogs in battle per person.
You may not use cosmetic/trick spells to disorient/distract your enemies and/or lag the server in the favor of your team.
Open wars must be declared prior to assaults or any other type of combat from one kingdom to another.
Standard combat rules will apply.
Open wars will occur on a large, open field.
The last kingdom standing wins the open war.
To declare an open war, one Kingdom Leader OR Town Assistant + one Kingdom Member must be online from BOTH kingdoms
The losing kingdom of an open war must pay 25k to the winning kingdom for reparation fees.
The assault must be declared while in your kingdom’s territory, by a T Assistant or the Town Mayor.
After the the assault is declared, you must then march your troops from your kingdom to the opponent’s. Usage of /homes or other forms of teleportation is strictly forbidden.
Kingdoms may hide (but not log off), defend and/or call for aid from allied kingdoms.
The attack timer starts when the assaulting party enters its opponent’s territory
When the attack timer starts, there will be 15 minutes of mindless PvP!
During the attack, attackers are permitted to use /home to return to the battlefield after death. Attacker’s /home has to be at least 100 blocks outside of the kingdom being attacked.
After 3 assaults on a kingdom you may then declare a siege against that kingdom’s lords keep
If there is no Lords keep, then you will proceed directly to a capital siege.
A T-Assistant must be on to call a siege against a kingdom.
To win a siege, you must hold your position for 2/3 minecraft days, or kill the opposition until they are forced to withdraw (no more gear).
After a siege is declared you have 20 minutes to prepare, warps will be setup for the attacking and the defender's side.
All kingdoms aiding must declare aid on the forum declaration and in game.
Allies may not back stab you, alliance/contract agreements must be held as long as they’re still valid. Alliance agreements can only be broken with proper roleplay, ending the alliance/contract.
The throne must be accessible from the outside of the kingdom, e.g. gates/doors must be open.
If the attackers win a siege they may:
Claim the keep as theirs (the original owners must take the keep back in order to claim another) or,
Demand ransom for returning the keep to its kingdom up to 60% of the losing kingdom's balance
Can not demand the leader to step down.
If the attackers lose a siege, they are required to pay $25,000 in reparation fees to the defending kingdom
After all of kingdom’s lesser keeps have been captured, a Capital Siege can be declared against the kingdom,
The same formatting as a regular siege applies, but with different rewards.
A capital siege requires a T admin online
Upon winning, you may:
Ransom the keep or make demands
against the kingdom in return for them keeping the keep
Execute the leader(s) and/or elect a new one
(requires a leadership application!)
Disband the kingdom residents on the land will have 24 hours to remove any items

After declaring on the forums and in game, a 20 minute preparation timer will begin. The /warps will be set up during this time. (/warp attack/defense)
After 2 assaults on a kingdom you may then declare a siege against that kingdom's claimed mine

You may rebel against your kingdom’s leader if you have 7 other kingdom members in support of your claim (with proof), have properly expressed your discontent via roleplay, and you have filed a leadership application, had it approved and notified staff of your intentions.
After you have fulfilled these requirements, you may declare a rebellion
You may call upon support from contracted allies to assist you in this rebellion (if it's a foreign kingdom supporting your claim to rule, they must show documented proof [i.e: a contract] to assist during the rebellion.)
Capital siege rules apply, with no need for a siege’s prior requirements. (This means the leader has to be online for you call a rebellion)
If the attackers win: the leader is executed or exiled, by the new leader’s choice.
If the defenders win, all rebelling members are executed/exiled by the leader’s choice.
If you break the rules of your kingdom, your leader may exile you

Obtaining the signed books must be roleplayed out.
Leaders can make you perform tasks/trials in return for them signing your book but must sign if they do so.
In order to capture somebody, you must outnumber them 3 to 1 and defeat them in combat (referred to as a knock out.)
Once you have done this, you must roleplay capture them via IC chat.
Once you have aAfter you have taken someone prisoner, you have 3 options:
You may execute them via IC chat.
Ransom them off for money.
Imprison them for up to 3 (real life) hours. Logging out to avoid this could result in a temp-ban.
When a character is executed they will
Be removed from their kingdom
Lose their eco. balance, rank, name, and 1/2 their McMMO
Start a new character with NO KNOWLEDGE of the last one
If you wish to execute a leader, you MUST have another leader do so, on top of following the above procedure.
